Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Returns/Exchanges are only eligible in the case of damaged or faulty products. The products must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return for a refund or exchange. Returns requested beyond this period may not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- New and Unused: Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Slightly Used (for specific cases): We accept returns for slightly used products only if they are defective. For buyer’s remorse, products must be new and unused.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase from dragonfightswears.com is required
